Notes:
Family records show marriage date at 15 Jan 1920, but the newspaper in Miles reported that the marriage occurred on Jan 7 1920 in Fort Worth. This concurrs with the census on 14/15 of Jan in Miles which showed them living together as husband and wife at that time.
"FRIDAY JANUARY 16, 1920 VOSS ECHOLS News of the marriage of Will Voss and Mrs. Lillie Echols, which occurred in Fort Worth January 7, was received with pleasure by Mr. Voss many friends here. The ceremony was solemnized by Rev. Forrest Smith, pastor of the Broadway Baptist Church of Fort Worth. Mr. & Mrs. Voss arrived in Miles last week and will make their home in north Miles.
