NOTE: Also living in Patrick Nevin's home in 1821 was his mother-in-law, Catherine, age 55, and another Catherine Dunn, Patrick's step-daughter, age 18. RESEARCH NOTE: Kinnity town land is a town land with 28 houses and they are inhabited by 167 people. There is a corn mill not working in this town land. Kinnity town has 54 houses with 2929 inhabitants and is completely in the townland of Kinnity. There is a school in this town supported part by subscription and part by the pupil. There are 30 boys and 20 girls here. There is a church and burial ground in the town as well as a chapel building. Also in the town, there is a Blacksmith Forge at #5 and one at #12. There is both a townland, which is small by the name of Kinnity, and there is a town with the same name.
