                   NOTE:
      There is reference made in LDS sources that he had a wife named Rachel and a wife named Jean.  In "The Willson Trail" book,  his first wife does not have a name (pg. 17) but in New.FamilySearch is listed as Rachel.  The children for Jacob are mixed up between the two wives, and further research will be necessary to determine, if possible,  which children belong to which marriage.  The children have been listed here with Rachel (the wife with unknown name), the mother that is listed in "The Willson Trail" book.. -Apr 2010
