                   Niagara County was formed from Genesee  in 1808. (Genesee was formed from Ontario County  in 1802. Ontario was formed from Montgomery  in 1789. Montgomery was formed from Albany County in 1772, but was known as Tryon County  [warning: Tryon page crashes some browsers] until 1784. Albany County  was one of the original counties of New York State.)

"Parshall came to Utah on October 15, 1849, with the Allen Taylor company.  He was a toll-gate keeper at Red Butte Canyon road, Salt Lake county, 1849.  Moved to Lehi in 1851 and to Draper in 1853. Amy Terry was a daughter of Parshall TERRY, who resided on the Don, and who died in 1808. Isaac Cornell has many descendents now in Toronto. [as of 1898]
