I think at Davensport, Iowa. I next married Mary S. Munk at Owenville, Texas several years after my first wife's death. I cannot remember the date. We were divorced at Weatherford, Texas about five years ago. She is still living at lampasas, Texas. I have not remarried since I was divorced from her. The two marriages mentioned are my only ones. I have hjeard this statement read, have understood the questions and my answers are recorded correctly. Transferred to the Western Branch 22 Aug 1913, at Leavenworth, KS. He was transferred 10 Dec 1913, to Washington, D.C. to a home for the insane (veterans) and died there 4 Feb 1914. He is buried in the Arlington National Cemetery. Lot #3 Grave 2579.
