    9. Remarks: Husband was a member of the LDS Church and was endowed 30 Jan 1846 at the Nauvoo Temple. However, a note in the Nauvoo Endow Register (FHL Call #289.3 N226n) states that there was no record found to show that this individual went through the veil. There- fore, a proxy rebaptism was done 18 Jun 1974 in the Salt Lake Temple and all previous church blessings were reconfirmed and ratified.
