Noah Brimhall was born at Olean, Allegeny, New York 14 Feb 1826. His parents were Sylvanus Brimhall and Lydia de Guitteau.

He married Samantha Lake Oct 1852 at Ogden, Weber, Utah . Samantha Lake was born at Kirtland, Geauga, Ohio 26 May 1835 daughter of James Lake and Philomela Smith .
