                                                                 OBITUARY- GOMER T. LLEWELLYN
       Final Rites for Gomer Thomas Llewellyn, 44, who died Thursday at his home, will be conducted tomorrow at 2:p..m. in the Sugar House Ward, 1950 Twelfth East Street, but Bishop Ernest A. Nelson. Burial will be in City Cemetery.
       Born in Salt Lake, June 8, 1895, a son of Hopkin E. Margaret Evans Llewellyn, Mr. Llewellyn had lived here all his life. He was a World War veteran and a past officer of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was active in Church work.
       Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Irene N. Llewellyn of Salt Lake: two brothers, George H. Llewellyn of Salt Lake, and Joseph Llewellyn of Butte, Mont.; a sister, Mrs. J.J. Goudy of Ashton, Ida.: six half sisters, Mrs. R. Papworth, Mrs. Byron Sperry, Mrs. R. C. Griffith and Mrs. G. A. Kindon of Salt Lake, Mrs. J.H. Thomas of Coronado, Calif., and Mrs. Carl Mosberg of Baldwin Park, Calif., four half-brothers, W. J. Llewellyn of Los Angeles, Edward H. Llewellyn of Chicago, Lawrence Lewellyn of Phoenix, Ariz., and John Thomas Llewellyn of Corinado, Calif.  Deseret News Feb 24, 1940, p. 14.

                                                              Salt Lake Man Found  Dead in Home
       Gomer Thomas Llewellyn, 44, employee of the Hubbard Den Jewelers, was found dead at his home, 1236 E. 21st South Stret, Thursday at 4 p.m.
       Salt Lake City police detectives reported the man had taken poison. The body was discovered by members of the family who returned home after attending a theater.    Salt Lake Tribune. Feb 23, 1940, p.25.
