OBITUARY: Joseph Farr, Earlyl Ogden Leader Dies
       Ogden, Nov 20 - (AP) Joseph Farr, 87, early city judge and councilman of Ogden and builder of the first steam flour mill whis side of the Missouri River, died here today. He had enjoyed excellent heallth until a year ago, when he suffered a heart ailment.
       He was born in Farr's fort Aug. 7, 1852, a son of Lorin Farr, Ogden's founder and first mayor, and Sarah giles Farr. He lived her practically all of his life and took an active part in all civic and business affairs.
       Funeral arrangements will be announced shortly.
       He is survived by his widow and nine sons and daughters.
