OBITUARY:
       Ogden, No. 20 - Joseph Farr, 87, early city judge and councilmany of Ogden and builder of the first steam flour m ill this side of the Missouri River, died here today. He had enjoyed excellent health until a year ago, when he suffered a heart ailment.
       He was born in Farr's Fort, Aug. 7, 1852, a son of Lorin farr, Ogden's founder and fist mayor, and Sara Giles Farr. He lived here practically all his life and took an active part in all civic and business affairs.
       Funeral arrangements will be announced shortly.
       He is survived by his widow and nine sons and daughters.
