He married Mary Roy 5 Sep 1651 and had Sarah 30 June 1657 who died that same year.  3rd he md Mary Newcomb 10 Nov 1657 Braintree, Suffolk, Mass She was born 1 Apr 1640 and died 1 Aug 1678. I suspct that Bethia died around 1 May 1657 that is why he made his will.
One of thier children was Elizabeth.  They Had 5 children and the last being born 1670 They married 9 October 1657 and she married her second husband 27 February 1675 George Spears.
