GENERAL:  Sallie Emma Williams is mentioned in the will of her sister-in-law
       Sallie R. Williams 13 Aug. 1942.  Sallie was married to B L Padgett by
       this time and living in Pecos, Texas 22 Sept. 1945.  This information
