           Margaret Hendrick, Sr. and Micajah Hendrick and wife, Magdeline, to
           John Willard for 150 acres on the south west side of the Ready River
           which land was a grant to the husband of Margaret Hendrick,
           Hans Hendrick, on Nov. 28, 1774.  Consideration 20 pounds sterling.
           Date of Transaction: June6, 1794.  Witnesses: David Anderson,
           Peter Wood, Wm Winn Hendrick.

                   BIRTH: Laurens County Land Deeds, book G pg 112:  states " deed from
            Margaret Hendrick, of East Florida Province, to Thomas Hendrick for
            150 Acres, which land was a grant to Samuel Campbell on Nov. 4,
            1772, Consideration $375.00. Transaction dated July 18, 1800."
            It might be that Samuel Campbell was Margaret Hendrick's father.

            South Carolina, book A page 158.  Will dated Jan 2, 1797 states
            "sons Micajah and William Win Hendrick; daughters: Fanny Turner,
            Peggy Forgy, Rachael Hendrick, May Burgess, Elizabeth Wright and
            Martha Willard.  Executor: friend Lewis Graves. Wittness:
            John Middleton, Jacob Clemons and Elizabeth Sims."
            Also lists negro girls: Lucy, Amy, Leller, Amy & child Tom, Juda
            Fil, Hannah; negro boys: Ned.

          her son Hendrick Hogins (Hodges).  Rachel is age 74, Hendrick is age
          38, Elizabeth is age 45, Margaret is age 40, and a Lucinda is age 22.
          I do not know who Lucinda is, my guess is that she is either the wife
          of Hendrick but I think she is probably the daughter of Elizabeth
          (Lucinda is listed last and no last name is given so it must be
          assumed that it is Hodges.  Hendrick is listed as a farmer with
          property value at $700.  No Birthplace is given for any of them.
