NOTE: The administration of Israel's estate was granted to Richard Kimball 4 Jan 1830 and mentions his widow, Eleanor, and his sons Jacob, Wilbraham and Stephen.
NOTES: 1. Was always called Major Kimball because he was a Major in the State Militia, under a commission from the Governor or Massachusetts, of which Maine was then a part. 2. Wilbraham was a ship's carpenter and built 13 vessels between 1817 and 1830. They were schooners, brigs and sloops of between 26 and 145 tons. DEATH: Died of a disease of the liver.
