OCCUPATION: Linen Weaver NOTES: 1. William came to America from Dublin to raise his own flax for weaving linen. He was shipwrecked and lost nearly all he had.
NOTES: John owned 50 acres in Chester County, Pennsylvania, probably near Coatsville, Pennsylvania in 1771, and was taxed under the "West Caln" rates. He owned 50 acres in Fawn Twp., York County in 1783, assessed at $110, and he had then a family of 4. He was enrolled in Col. Wm. Ross's militia command in 1776.

OCCUPATION: Shoemaker NOTES: Alex was a shoemaker in Hopewell Twp., York County, Pennsylvania, had 3 daughters in 1790, one of whom, Catharine (1786-?), m. the father of Capt. Andrew Smith, late of Shadyside, O., who has two d. Catharine and Martha.
NOTES: 1. Nancy was deaf and had no children. 2. Died at the age of 90.
NAME: William "Scotch Billy" McKittrick. NOTES: 1. William had a large family, among them a son William, who likewise had a large family.
He married Agnes Heron Abt 1744 at Ireland . Agnes Heron was born at Ireland Abt 1726 daughter of John Heron and Elizabeth Bole .
