    Warling book - pg. 155:  "The Mankato Free Press on Monday gives the following
    account of him: 'John A. Beck of 422 West Sixth Street died at his home in
    this city, last night.  He was born Septenmber 13, 1884, at St. James.  Mr.
    Beck is survived by his wife and several small children.  He is the son of
    John Edward Beck of St. James.
    'The funeral will be held from the residence, 422 West Sixth Street
    tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 and from the Swedish Lutheran church at two o'clock.
    Rev O.J. Arthur will conduct the services.,  The remains will be laid to rest
    in the Swedish Lutheran Cemetery of this city.'"
