Services tomorrow for William Matthews.  William P. Matthews, 56, Ventura, died this morning at a local hospital after a long illness.  Born at Suisun, Calif. on Oct. 28, 1888, Mr. Matthews had lived in Ventura for 25 years.
       He formerly operated a market at Saticoy and also was a partner in a market here at one time.  He is surived by his widow, Orpha, and a daughter, Mrs. Frances Kennedy of Bell. (CA).
       Funeral services will be conducted at 1PM tomorrow from the J.E. Barker Funeral Home, with interment at Ivy Lawn.  Mrs. Dalton Smith will read the Christian Science Service and Mrs. Estelle Seiverson will be soloist.

Burial....Ivy Lawn Cemetery ,southside of Ventura, just off freeway 101....Burial was not far from Edna Law's grave.
