Nazarth, Isaac Beasley are held and firmly bound unto
____ ____ Esquire, Governor or Chief Magistrate of the commonwealth of Virginia,
for the time being, and his suc'c slors to the use of the said commonwealth in the sum of one
hundred and fifty dollars; to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our and
each of our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated this 30th day of April 1808.
Whereas a marriage is suddenly intended to be had and solemnized between the above bound
Aaron Lambert of full age and Ann Beasley daughter
of said Isaac Beasley both of this county. Now the condition of the above obligation
is such, that if there be no lawful cause or just impediment to obstruct the said marriage, then
the above obligation be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.

THIS INDENTURE made the __ day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten between ARON LAMBERT AND ANN HIS WIFE of the County of Harrison and Commonwealth of Virginia of the one part and George Bozarth of the same place of the other part
WITNESSETH that the said ARON LAMBERT and ANN HIS WIFE for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have Granted Bargained Sold aliened Released and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff release and confirm unto the said George Bozarth a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the said County of Harrison Situate on the left hand fork of STONE COAL CREEK being part of a tract of five hundred acres granted and conveyed by Jacob Cozad and Mercy his wife by deed bearing date the 17th day of November 1808 to JOHN LAMBERT JOSIAH LAMBERT BONIHAM STOUT and the said ARON LAMBERT To Wit one hundred acres to the sd JOHN LAMBERT one hundred acres to JOSIAH LAMBERT one hundred acres to BONHAM STOUT and two hundred acres to the said ARON LAMBERT as by said deed will more fully appear) and bounded as deserbad as followeth To wit Beginning ... containing two hundred acres Together with all and singular the profits and commodities thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining with all its appurtenances To Have and To Hold the said described tract or parcel of land containing two hundred acres with all its appurtenances unto the said George Bozarth his heirs and assigns forever and they the said ARON LAMBERT AND ANN HIS WIFE for themselves their heirs &c do covenant and agree that they will forever warrant and defend the said described tract or parcel of land containing two hundred acres against the claim or claims of themselves their heirs and against the claim or claims of the said Jacob Cozad and Mercy his wife and their heirs &c and against the claim or claims of the said JOHN LAMBERT BONHAM STOUT AND JOSIAH LAMBERT their heirs &c forever In Witness whereof they the said ARON LAMBERT AND ANN HIS WIFE have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above written

Know all men by these presents that I JOSIAS LAMBERT of GREEN COUNTY AND STATE OF OHIO for good causes have appointed and by these presents do nominate and appoint AARON LAMBERT of Harrison County and State of Virginia by lawful attorney to make unto John Kelley or his assigns a deed in fee simple to a certain tract of land containing one hundred acres on STONE COAL CREEK in the sd County of Harrison for which I gave the sd Kelley my bond for V deed and the sd AARON LAMBERT is by these presents as fully authorised and impowered to make the above mentioned deed or cause it to be done agreeable to the laws of the state as I the said JOSIAS LAMBERT might or could do in my own name or person in Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine
