wife late Susina Lambert, John Lambert, Amos Lambert and Sarah his wife Josias Lambert
& Aaron Lambert (which said Ann, Hannah, Susina, John, Amos, Josias & Aaron are the chil-
dren, heirs & representatives of Jonathan Lambert deceased) All of the County of Harri-
son and State of Virginia of the one part and William Lambert, the remaining child heir
& legal representative of the said Jonathan Lambert deceased of the same place of the other part

WITNESSETH that they the said Benjamin, Ann, William, Hannah, Robert,
Susina, John, Amos, Sarah, Josias and Aaron, for and in consideration of the sum of one

County of Harrison and State of Virginia on both sides of the Brushy Fork of Elk Creek
and bounded as followeth To-Wit: Begining at three white oaks Caleb Stoule corner thence
South 210 poles crossing said fork is a poplar & 74 E 160 poles to the Lines 269
poles by Craigheads line to a poplar thence North to a line of Cale Steu is and along
the line to the begining containing three hundred acres to have and to hold the said
tract of land and its appurtenances unto the said William Lambert and his heirs for-
ever and they the said Benjamin, Ann, William, Hannah, Robert, Susina, John, Amos, 
Sarah, Josias, & Aaron for themselves their heirs. Do covenant that they will forever warrant and defend the said tract of land unto the said William Lambert his heirs and assigns from themselves their heirs & assigns & from all persons laying any lawfull claim thereto under them or either of them. In witness whereof they have hereunto set their hands and seals the day & year above written.
