                   Farnsworth Family Register listed Charles Farnsworth, born Tuesday, Brookfield, Stark Co.,Ohio. 24 July 1838.

Charles Henry Farnsworth died in the Civil War.  He and Margaret had been married only about 1 1/2 years when he was killed.  His wife later remarried to his brother, Frances or Frank Oliver Farnsworth.

"Charles H. Farnsworth was born in Brookfield, Stark Co, Ohio..July 24, 1838 and was married to Miss. M. M. Griswold on the 24th day of December 1861 in Dover, Cuyahoga Co.,Ohio and died March 26th, 1863, aged 24 yrs. and 8 months.  Was interned in the Union Burial Ground one mile out on the Woodberry Pike, Directly east of the Court House in the town of Murfresburo, Tennessee...Grave #164.  Charles Henry Farnsworth above was first husband of Margaret M. Farnsworth.  She married his brother Frank Oliver after the war.  (Dated 24 Sep 1949 by L.O.F.  Which is Luman Oliver Farnsworth.
Murfresboro Co. seat of Rutherford County, Tenn. Dover...west of Cleveland, Ohio.  Brookfield, west of Massillon, Ohio.
