         Since you started the family tree I thought I would finish it.
         I am very proud to be what I am and who I am and proud to have such a nice father and mother and loving brothers and sisters.
         My father looked like Mike Bradley on TV.  My mother was handsome.  She had natural curly hair.  Andrew my brother was the only one that had curly hair.  The nurse in the hospital said wouldn't it be a boy to have it.
         Thanks for your interest in me.

Graduated from Cove School in 1912; from Stamford High in 1916;  worked in business for 1 year.  Went to Normal School and graduated in 1919.  Taught in Fairfield, CT for 8 years from 1919 to 1926.  Got in Stamford 1926-1966  Taught 48 years in Conn. and 2 years substituting which makes 50 years teaching.......

1996-June 23 2000...She is living on Ironwood Dr., Assisted Living With Rebecca. a home care center..648-4372...which we recommended......

April 2000 hospitalized....leg amputated because of gangrene.....
Said she would be cremated...
Ask where her brother buried:  She said St. John Cemetery, Stamford, Conn.

23 June 2000 We got the news that Catherine passed away....She was quite the lady and hung on for a long, long time. She would have been 105 in August.

Andrew graduated from Cove Shcool in 1916, from Stamford High 1920.  Worked as front desk clerk at Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City.  
Was drafted into service.  worked in Air Force in Burma, India 3 yrs.  Transferred to Japan...transporting troops by Amtrak for 8 yrs.  Didn't like the Military and left after about 15 yrs. of service.  Didn't stay to get pension.  Must put in 30 yrs to get pension like teachers.  Worked as front desk clerk at the Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, CA for 15 yrs.  
       Mr. Joyce bought the Huntington Hotel when Mr. Huntington died.  He sold it to a chain.  Then Andrew got a job as manager of the liquor department at the Los Angeles Athletic Club.  He stayed about 10 yrs. and retired.  Lived in stamford, moved to Riverside, CA, Redlands,CA, then to Las Vegas, NV.  Died in Sunrise Hospital of arteriosclorosis.  Had leg amputated for gangerine.
