1850 Census...He is not listed with his wife, Elizabeth.  Do not know where he was at that time.
Court Records:There are court documents with his name.  He seems to be involved in a legal dispute with his wife.

1852 November... Divorced from Elizabeth Clarkson.. he would be 46 yrs old, she would be 62 if 1850 Census information correct. Both agree to keep their own property separate of each other.
1855  Elizabeth dies in Logan Co.Ohio.
1860 Census, Paulding Co, Ohio  age 60 Born: Scotland..No one else listed with him.

DEATH:
   Mortality Records Paulding Co,Ohio...death 13 June 1895  age 79 Yr.Birth 1806 in Europe.

Elizabeth Clarkson's Cemetery Record stated that she is the wife of R. She dies 15 May 1855 in Bokes Creek Twp,Logan,Ohio and is buried there.
