CONCLUSION:  
Believe William Baker born 1827 Pa.(according to 1850 Census)  is the son of Elizabeth Clarkson (formerly a Betsy or Elizabeth Baker and Law)  found living with his wife, Malvina,  in Logan County 1850 Census next to Elizabeth Clarkson and Richard Law (then 18).  He is the correct age to be 10-15 in the 1840 census. He would be a half brother to Richard Andrew Law.
