Viz; (No. 1) Begins at a white oake Corner of Jesse Rambo land, thence up the Stage Road North 11 degrees East 22 chains & 82 Links to a Corner. Thence N 12 degrees W 5 chains and 30 links to a Corner Thence N 23 degrees E 8 chains & 20 links to another corner of Jesse Rambos Land. Thence by the same South 14 degrees East 5 chains 30 links (crossed out - to a blackoak being a corner) Thence down the aforesaid Road South 23 degrees West 7 chains to a corner standing near the house.Thence South 30 degrees East 21 chains & 50 links to a black oak being a corner to said Rambos Land. Thence South 77 degrees West 6 chains & 72 links to the Corner first named containing 14 acres of Land be the same more or less. No. (2) Begins at a stake being the Northwesterly corner of the afs'd Lot, Standing in the Landing Road and in Henry Richman's Line. Thence running by the other Lot before mentioned North 72 degrees East 8 Chains & 25 links to a black oak Corner of Jesse Rambo's Land. Thence by William Newburn Land North 14 degrees West 2 chains & 40 links to a Stake. Thence still by Newburn Land South 22 degrees West 8 chains & 22 links to a corner in the said Landing Road,Thence along s'd Road South 12 Degrees East 2 chains & 42 links to the corner first named. Containing 2 acres of Land. Lot No.(3) Begins at a white oake being a corner of the lot first mentioned, also a corner of Abraham Nelson's land. Thence along the Stage Road North 10 degrees & 30 minutes East 5 chains & 60 links to a corner in the said Road. Thence South 25 degrees West 7 chains, thence South 15 degrees East 5 chains to a corner standing in Abraham Nelson line. Thence by the same North 75 degrees East 4 chains & 61 links to the corner first named. Containing 3 acres of land. Lot No.(4) Begins at a corner standing 25 links westward of the line of the first mentioned lot near the house by the Road. Thence South 9 degrees and 30 minutes West 8 chains, Thence West 1 chain & 46 links, thence North 15 degrees West 6 chains & 44 links to a corner standing 12 links southward of the line of Land belonging to Henry Richman in the Road leading to Woodstown. Thence by said Road North 69 degrees East 4 chains & 80 links to the corner firstnamed.
