ÒAttended Colorado State Preparatory School in Boulder where he was 'King' in 1911-1912. He began his life long career as tailor and salesman of mens wear at the 'Hub' which was owned by "Mr. Martin Reinert'. It was here that he learned the tailor business and became very accomplished. The 'Hub' was later purchased by the Reinert family and was the first choice in mens wear in Boulder until Mr. Francis Reinert retired and sold to 'Cotrals'. Penticostal minister1922-1934. Served in France in WWI, training at Camp Funkston, Ks.341st F.A. Bat D; 89th Division, First Sergent. Enlisted 4 Sep 1917, discharged 10 June 1919 from Ft. D. A. Russel, Wyoming (later Fort Larmier). He was a member of Masonic Lodge, Columbia Lodge #14 AF&AM; Mt. Sinai Commandry #7; Grand Cross of Color; The Last Man's Club; Boulder Council #17 R&S.M.; 89th Division Society; order of High Priesthood of Colorado; Boulder Historical Society; Past Commanders Club Veterans of Foreign Wars; Boulder Chapter #7 R.A.M., Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem; Society for the Preservation & Encouragement of Barbershop Singing in America; Mizpah Shrine #4. He died of a sudden coronary while driving home from a Barber Shop rehearsal. Buried in Green Mountain Cemetery, Boulder, Colorado. His life was blessed by his singing and piano talents. He left me a little of his philosophy which I have learned to live by--"FOR EVERY ACTION THERE IS AN EQUAL AND CONTRARY REACTION'. Ò
