Trowbridge Family - Pg. 220 - #2186 - James Trowbridge, Jr. son of Deacon James and Margaret (Jackson)Trowbridge, born 20 September 1682, married - 1st Hannah Bacon 6 January 1709 - 2nd Hannah Jackson, 1712.  In June 1709 James Trowbridge, Sen., conveyed to his son James, his now dwelling place, and ninety acres of land; highway once W . and H., another highway S., Joshua Fuller, E., and John Mirick, S. and W.  He died 21 August 1714 aged 32. Inventory £736 14s 6d.

James Trowbridge was the son of James Trowbridge (Sr.) and his second wife, Margaret Jackson Trowbridge. He was born Sep. 20, 1682 and died May 21, 1714. He lived all his life in Newton, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts.

James (Jr.) was married twice. His first wife was Hannah Bacon, whom he wed on Jan. 6, 1708/09 in Newton. Together they had two children: Margaret in 1709 and Daniel in 1711.

Hannah must have died soon after, for James married Hannah Jackson in 1712 in Newton. They also had two children: Hannah in 1713 and Jemima in 1715 (born posthumously).  After James' death, Hannah Jackson Trowbridge married twice more, to John Fuller and then Joseph Bowman.
