                   RESEARCH NOTE:  The information for this family comes from LDS records submitted for temple ordinances, and from our research of parish registers on microfilmat the FHL.  We were able to locate christening information for each of the children of George Christian and Elizabeth Everden in the parish registers of St Mary's Church, in Minster, on the island of Thanet, in Kent, England.
The LDS record shows a marriage date of 11 Oct 1673 for George and Elizabeth, and lists the marraige location as Seasalter, in Kent, England.  We were not ableto locate the marriage in the parish records of Seasalter.
We also searched for the births of George Christian and Elizabeth Everden in thelocations listed on the LDS sealing record.  George's birth was not found in the parish registers of Minster, on the island of Thanet.  However, a couple was located in the parish records that was having children at that time on the island.  William and Marie Christian did have children at the time when George would likely have been born, and are likely related somehow to George Christian, due tothe scarcity of the Christian surname on the island.
In addition, Elizabeth's birth could not be located in the Whitstable parish records, because the records for Whitstable are incomplete, and do not include theyears 1640-1661.
It is unclear where the information for the marriage and births of George and Elizabeth came from, because it could not be reproduced in our research.  Furtherresearch may be able to locate this information in adjoining pairshes, or seek to further examine the LDS submission for addtional clues of origin.
