NOTES:  While preparing for the baptist ministry Isaac Chauncey HAIGHT was

converted to the LDS Church. He was a police officer and bodyguard

for the Prophet Joseph Smith.

NOTES:  It appears that Isaac Chauncy married Annebelle Sinclair MACFARLANE

in 1853 and her son Daniel married Isaac's daughter Temperance in 1862.

NOTES:  It is told that Isaac went into hiding after the Mountain Medow

Masscre

and was excommunicated 13 years later for his part in it. Four years

later he was rebaptised.
