Society New England Parish Families, by Roswell Parish Ashley Genealogy Massachusetts Vital Records: Otis After hostilities ceased (Rev. War) Moses and Mary Kibbe settled in Washington County, New York. His household is listed in the Census of 1790 at Westfield and consisted of four persons: one male over sixteen, one male under sixteen, and two females. Moses died in 1819 as a result of a fall from his horse. He is buried on his own farm at the foot of Kibb Hill. A bronze marker was placed here in August, 1922 by the D.A.R. No authentic list of his children has been found.
