NOTES:
    1. Established the first hospital in Julsburg and at the time the only hospital in Sedgwick County, Colorado.
    2. Served in U.S. Army WWI.
    3. He and his family moved in June 1929 to San Francisco and set up practice.
    4. Worked for a national insurance company overseeing claims.
    5. Later set up his practice as a Radiologist in Pasadena, California.
